Module I

Soft skills

Career Counseling

Career Counseling is a very important aspect of our program. It is equally important to decide the career path on which a candidate will grow along with their degree course. We start our program with career counselling. Career Counselling will be assigned with each candidate and have one to one discussion. Candidates will be offered customized programs based on their interest area and capabilities.

Outcome – Candidate will be having clear visibility and path on their career progression after completion of this module

Effective Communication

Effective communication is another important factor for this program. It is very important for any one to know the skills of effective communication. If one does not have communication skills then he will not succeed even if he has very good hard skills knowledge. It is all about communication. Effective communication will make your personality powerful and effective.

Outcome – Effective communication needs a lot of practice by candidates so it depends upon effort taken by candidates. However, a career counsellor will provide timely feedback on communication to candidates.

Spoken English

It is not about grammatically corrected lines. It is all about the way one should convey their effective message to others. Spoken English again needs a lot of practice and effort. Spoken English along with effective communication will make your presentation skills better and will help you to make your place in the job market easily and effectively.

Personality Development

It has been seen that most of the candidates have enough skills to work but they have less confidence. They do not know how to handle adverse situations. They do not know how to impress colleagues/supervisors with their attitude and activities. Personality development module is designed in a way that it will groom your personality and make you strong and effective. Outcome – Personality development needs a lot of practice by candidates so it depends upon effort taken by candidates. However, a career counsellor will provide timely feedback on personality development to candidates.

Candidates will be assigned the right mentorship and it will continue till they get hired.

Module II

Hard Skills

Candidates will be assigned specific area
to groom based on outcome of career counselling
done in start of program.

Industry Specific Technical Training

Industry experts will provide an overall view of industry trends and future road map of specific technology. They will also be supported on the technical certification path along with knowledge. Below are technical training highlights for reference: 1. Dot Net 2. WebSite Designing 3. Mobile Development (Android/IOS) 4. Database (Oracle/SQL Server) 5. Technical/Functional Support 6. Testing (Manual & Automation) 7. Business/Functional Analysis.

Module III

Internship Program

The candidate will be moved to the internship program after completion of technical training. They will be assigned real-time projects under the guidance of Industry experts. During this period candidates will be groomed to learn industry best practices on which one needs to work in a multinational company work environment. They will also understand the software development life cycle.

Certification & Award

Candidates will be awarded Internship certification after completion of Module I, II & III.

Module IV

Market Preparation

Market preparation will start 3 month before candidates are supposed to complete their degree course. This module is applicable to everyone and no entry criteria is applicable.

Resume Building

Resume is impotant milestone for anyone to showcase them in job market. If a resume is not created properly then it is very unlikely to get call for interview. Industry experts will guide and help candidates to create their resume as per industry standard. Candidates will also be able to create profiles in job sites like Linked In, Naukri, Monster etc and grow their network. They will also learn how to create short and effective resumes along with a motivation letter.

Interview Preparation

It is expected to have good soft and hard skill knowledge by the time candidates reach this module. We arrange mock interviews with industry experts who are heavily involved in hiring professionals. We provide tips and tricks to prepare and crack interviews. After completion of this sub module candidates should not have fear of giving interviews.

Presentation Skills

Presentation skills are very important to showcase your capabilities in front of an interviewer. One needs to know the right way of presenting themselves during an interview call. Our expert will provide tips and tricks to improve presentation skill.

Negotiation Skills

Candidates reach the HR round once they qualify a technical round of interview. Negotiation skills are used during the HR round. Salary negotiation is a major part of discussion during this round. Our experts will provide tips and tricks to negotiate salary with HR managers.

Email Writing Skills

Candidates will be assigned the right mentorship and it will continue till they get hired.

Module V

Ready to Go

Ready to Go submodule will arrange necessary recommendation and experience letter before candidate will start their journey to search job.
